Client: Intava – Sprint
challenge
Intava’s client Sprint had in store touch screen kiosk that allowed for user self help to reduce the demands on Sprint account representatives during the heavy traffic times of the day. Sprint was looking to rebrand the user experience with the light painting on black, while introducing the ability for users to create, modify, and add features to their phone plans.
solution
We used Flash and Actionscript 2 to deploy a touch screen solution. This solution provided a means to creating a pleasant user experience branded under Sprint’s new look. This experience allowed for dynamic updates to allows for the adition of new phone plans, new phones, and new features. This experience we provided also allows users an easy means to pay their bill in the store, order ring tones, music, and screensavers all without the need to have instore help.
