Eli Lilly has many employees with a large diversity of culture, age, and nationalities. They realized that the many differences within their organization made them unique. They were looking for a way to introduce that uniqueness and exploit the many stories each person had to tell behind their backgrounds.
solution
Lilly was looking to bring about emphasis to the diversity in their company. They were looking to have an employee portal that allowed sharing of stories between users. We implimented this site with Flash Actionscript 2 and an external application called SWF Studio by Northcode which allowed Flash to interact and write to the user’s machine as well as secure a data connection to the server.
